Explore our schedule and find the perfect class for you. All classes are 45 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact Pilates workouts on our reformer machines, designed to challenge and transform your body and mind. We offer three types of classes:
NEW MVMT (Beginner)
If you’re new to CORE MVMT or Pilates, this is the best place to start! This class is taught at a slower pace and designed to introduce new Movers to the machine, method, and MVMT philosophy. Consider this your initiation! We’re ready for you to get moving with us!
FULL MVMT (Intermediate)
This class is a full-body burn! You can expect constant core engagement while working each muscle group, head to toe. This class is not suitable for beginners – a minimum of three “NEW MVMT” classes are recommended for the best experience.
HARD MVMT (Advanced)
This class will push you to your limits! Expect a high-intensity, full-body challenge with complex movements, increased resistance, and minimal rest. This class is designed for experienced Movers who are ready to take their practice to the next level. Completion of several FULL MVMT classes is highly recommended.
