Playlist style: Rap/Hip-Hop/EDM Why I love CORE MVMT/Pilates: I was inspired to become a coach because Pilates has helped me to develop a greater sense of discipline and focus, which may have been lacking in other areas of my life. I wanted to share my positive Pilates experience with others by becoming a coach. By helping others improve their fitness level and wellbeing through Pilates, I have found a sense of purpose and fulfillment. I also wanted to inspire others who were in a similar situation to where I was before I discovered Pilates, and help them to achieve their own fitness goals.
