PRVT SESSIONS
Every 1-on-1 session is completely tailored to your individual needs. There’s a ton of factors that affect how way you show up to train, and Lisa is equipped to meet you exactly where you are. PRVT sessions with Lisa are a great option if you are a human who is:
- brand new to Pilates
- recovering from injury
- pregnant or postpartum
- intimidated by/cautious of group classes
- curious about proper form/injury prevention
